After Barry was returned to prison, I was appalled at all of his lies and deceit towards the many women who have been such good supporters from the start! Asking for money, ruining marriages, accusations that were not true, hiding behind “his God”, sleeping with girls young enough to be his daughters! Also being a con and manipulator, like I’ve never seen before! You new supporters need to be educated on what this piece of crap Barry Beach really is!

Wonder if his mother knows the truth about her son! This is sad and such a travesty. yes I believe in his innocence but do not believe in the Man. He has hurt so many people!!! As Soon as Barry surrenders his live to Jesus then he will truely be Set Free!!!!

Yes this is all true! He is bad news and the new supporters won’t believe it until they are played by him.

  2. Could someone please give us an update. I got tired of Barry’s facebook page because of Cindy Buckman.

Anyone who has watched the Dateline episode and read the info about what happened will know that Barry is innocent. There is not one piece of physical evidence that ties Barry to this crime. I for one am wholly disappointed in the Montana Justice System for interfering and taking away Barry’s right to a new trial. In the interest of fairness no stone should be left unturned when you are sending a person to prison for the rest of their life.

  5. Hey there, I am hoping and praying that Barry will be out by summer, but those who hold that decision in their hands don’t seem quick to move so sadly I won’t hold my breath. Anyways, I had been throwing around ideas on how to get a larger group of supporters involved and I in that process I decided to contact a couple popular Montana bands. I let them know I was a supporter of Barry and was wondering if they would ever be interested in playing at a music venue aimed at bringing attention to Barry’s plight. Both bands said they would be interested. I guess I am rambling, but I am curious if Montanan’s for Justice is a non profit because most bands will play a certain number of charity shows and although there would be a great deal of planning involved I think something like a music venue with informational booths done by volunteers and possibly t shirts for sale could bring in some media attention as well as new supporters. Just a thought and I know there are a lot of things that go into a show like this and it might not be doable. I’ll keep praying and advocating for justice no matter what. Thanks!

It’s pretty sad that Maude’s kids don’t know the truth, yet they act so tough and think they know it all. That Deyna and Josie are really something else! Like mother like daughter! They take after their mother, their lives will turn out the same way. So sad for them!

So how many people found Kim’s necklace? I think I have read three or four statements that they all found the same part of the necklace? How can that be?

Barry Beach is innocent! The only ones who think otherwise are the ones responsible and their families.

The palm print did not match Barry or Kim! The fingerprints did not match Barry! Nobody even seen Barry Beach out the night of the murder.

maude grayhawk died new years eve. once again she be the talk of the town. nobody speaks very highly of her, no even her friends. she left the rez ridden wit drugs n alcohol n guilt of killing kim. we all knew that is what would get her in the end. it had to have ate at her every single day knowing what she done.

I heard that Maude Grey Hawk has died! I wonder if she wrote a death bed confession in the numerous deaths she has caused thru out her lifetime? Everyone here in Poplar knows she is guilty!!!

  11. How can Maude Gray Hawk have a sister and brother in law in Columbia Falls who are in to ministry and mentoring and yet can’t see right from wrong. Maude it’s not who you know who is going to save you, it’s what you know and what you do with it. IF all you did was kick Kim in the head, then why not say that? Why not come forward? Why make your dad lie all these years? Why bring shame to your family? Does anyone know this answer. Do Native Americans have a different God then white people? I mean serious! Maude do you think you’re going to heaven? If you think life has been hell on earth, woman you ain’t seen nothing yet! Ask your good brother in law the preacher to explain it to you if you haven’t already! From what I’ve heard Kim’s death isn’t the only one you’ve been involved in, so I hope you enjoy the trip south girl! Joanne and Sissy will keep the fires warm for ya!

Here is another petition I found to sign and help find justice for Kim Nees.

For those of you who think Barry Beach is Native American, he is NOT!

  14. How can those 2 women sleep at night knowing their is an innocent man in jail serving time for a crime they committed and he didn’t. No wonder they are on drugs, they cant live with themselves knowing they are guilty and he is not. I will pray for him daily to be released and the other women put in jail.

  15. Here is an interesting article. Wasn’t Rhea Red Dog one of the gals at the river the night Kim Nees was brutally murdered? Seems to have some similarities as the Nees murder.
