We believe:

• Barry Beach is innocent of the murder of Kimberly Nees
• Barry Beach’s confession was coerced and false
• That someone or a group of people murdered Kim Nees and may possibly still be free to kill again
• Barry Beach has not received justice at the hand of the Montana Judicial system
• Barry Beach has proven himself a law abiding and hard working individual with strong faith & morals
• Barry Beach has served enough time in prison, whether guilty or innocent, but especially when innocent
• Barry Beach was and can continue to be a productive member of society
• Barry Beach has many things to offer our society
• That the Honorable Judge E. Wayne Phillips was correct granting Barry Beach a new trial
• That the Montana Supreme Court made an error in their reversal of Judge Phillips ruling
• That Barry Beach will again enjoy the freedom previously afforded him
